For people who live in email and Excel

Learn AI for work by doing, not by watching.

Short, hands-on lessons. You practice right here on the page with sample data, and you finish a real task in each one. Your first lesson takes about three minutes.

mtg w dana re q3 budget. she needs nums by fri. ask abt travel line?? cc tom
You ask AI clearly. Lesson 2 shows you how.
The email you send

Hi Dana,
Thanks for meeting today. I will send the Q3 budget numbers by Friday. One question: should the travel line include the October conference?
Best,
Pat
cc: Tom

Why this is different

You have watched the videos. They did not stick.

Most AI courses show someone else typing. Then you open ChatGPT on Monday, stare at the empty box, and close it. Skills come from doing the task yourself, with feedback, a few times.

1

You do the task

Every lesson has a practice area on the page. You type the ask, the practice AI answers, and you see the result. No other account needed.

2

You get a clear score

A short checklist shows what your result needs. When you are close, you get one specific hint, not a lecture.

3

You keep the habit

Lessons build on each other and repeat the key moves. By lesson 5, asking AI clearly starts to feel normal.

How a lesson works

Three minutes. One real task. Done.

1

Read one short idea

About 80 words, in plain language. For example: tell AI who the email is for.

2

Practice on the page

Ask the practice AI to do the task with sample data. Try as many times as you like.

3

Check your work

See what you got right and get one hint if you are close. Stuck twice? We show you a good example.

Lesson 2 · Practice
Write a short, friendly email to Dana from my notes. Under 100 words, please.
Hi Dana, thanks for meeting today. I will send the Q3 budget numbers by Friday. One question: should the travel line include the October conference? Best, Pat
You did it. 3 of 3.
You said who it is for, the tone, and the length.
What you will be able to do

The boring parts of your week, faster.

These are the kinds of tasks the lessons practice. You will do each one yourself, with sample data.

Clean up a messy list

Before
Jan 3 - Acme - 1,200.00
jan 9 ACME CORP $450
01/14/26 Brightline 3,000
After
DateClientAmount
2026-01-03Acme1,200.00
2026-01-09Acme450.00
2026-01-14Brightline3,000.00
Lesson 3: messy text into a clean table you can paste into Excel.

Get the right formula

You ask

"In Excel, how do I add up column C only for rows where column B says Acme?"

AI answers
=SUMIF(B:B, "Acme", C:C)

Then you test it on a small practice sheet before you trust it.

Lesson 4: ask for a formula, then check it yourself.

Questions

Common questions

I am not technical. Is this really for me?

Yes. That is who we built it for. There is no code and no jargon. Each lesson explains one idea in plain language, then you try it with a practice AI on the page.

Do I need to pay for ChatGPT?

No. You practice on our page first. The same skills work in the free versions of ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini.

Can I use this with Copilot at my job?

Yes. Asking AI clearly works the same way in each tool. Check your employer's AI policy before you paste in real work data.

Is my information safe?

You practice with sample data only. We ask you never to type passwords, account numbers, or real customer details, and the practice AI will not accept them. You can delete your practice history at any time.

How long does a lesson take?

Most lessons take 3 to 6 minutes. You can stop at any time. When you are signed in, we save your place.

What happens after the free lessons?

The members lessons are being written now. Join the waitlist and we will email you once when they open. Your free lessons stay free.
